The send activity reports allow you to view who received the send and why certain recipients did not receive the send. Send activity reports also display statistics relating to recipients that have actually opened your HTML email and how many times certain links within your newsletter have been clicked.
List activity reports

List activity reports show who has been added/ removed from your list, the number of hard bounces on your list, recipients who have opened/ not opened emails from you and those who have yet to confirm their subscription.

The contact activity reports allow you to find out statistics relating to delivered, bounced, opened and not opened emails for a particular recipient. Get drill down reports on why an email bounced, from "inbox full" to "domain unknown".

GraphicMail uses an ISP feedback loop to ensure that all mail continues to be delivered at larger ISPs. A feedback loop allows you to view who has clicked on ‘Report Spam’ at a particular ISP. By default, GraphicMail will automatically block any recipient that clicks ‘Report Spam’ from your list, so that person will not negatively affect your deliverability going forward.
Viral tracking report analytics
GraphicMail segments clients based upon their complaint rates. If you have a history of responsible list management, low unsubscribe rates, low abuse complaint rates and low bounce rates you will experience higher delivery rates than those who do not. To avoid sending your email campaign across GraphicMail's shared IP ranges t we recommend you request your own dedicated IP address.

The GraphicMail graphs compare the subscribe/ unsubscribe rate between the various sends and also the open/ click rates for each specific send. View your newsletter statistics via the send, mailing list or recipient options. Graphs are available for each newsletter send and you can export your data into an excel spreadsheet, csv file or into PDF format. This means you have access to all of your campaign statistics without having to log into your account to compare send stats.
